Welcome to “A Merry Old Woman”. I’m so glad that you are here. As I began to write this blog, I realized that there are thousands of “Mommy” blogs – and even some “Daddy” blogs – about family life and raising children, from infants to teens. But I am past those years and those topics.
But, I had a hard time finding blogs that focused on what comes next – retirement, grandkids, and senior lifestyle issues. I want to explore the world and see the sites that I never had time to see when I was a busy mother with a full time career. So I decided to write about those issues.
